Lost Key I purchased back before 2012 when TMUF wasn't on Steam.
Hello, I used to play TMUF quite a bit on my old family PC, now that I have my own PC I haven't got the game (I've got my game now from https://player.trackmania.com/main.php?view=downloads after signing in with my old login) nor my key. My old PC has had all of my stuff removed now and I don't think there's any chance I could get it from that. I wouldn't be able to find my email because it was way too long ago now.

Any help is appreciated, unless you're going to tell me to pirate it.

I realize you posted this 6 years ago, but I'm in the same boat. I bought TMUF when it was first released. Looking for some nostalgia, I decided to install it again. Got it out of "My Downloads" on the Trackmania site, but I don't have the key. You'd think if it's in your downloads they provide your key there as well, because obviously I bought it at some point. I contacted Ubisoft and they told me to send them a screenshot of my receipt. My receipt... from 13 years ago. I don't keep tax returns that long, why would I have a receipt for a game?

Hey there unwavering!

Do you have any records of any previous usernames or email addresses you may have used in the past?

As this may allow us to help locate your account where the game was originally activated and locate the key. Of course a receipt is also useful as it often has information that will direct us to the account, but if you have anything else you can recall, we can also use this

Is your ticket still open and if so, could you add the above to it so we can take a further look?

I must have forgot I posted this, as after submitting a support ticket and giving suitable information I did manage to get my key back. It must have been relatively straight forward as I have no recurring nightmares about it. Best of luck to you and anyone in a similar situation.

Hi, I met with similar problem. Via player´s page it is asking me to "Enter my player key to manage my TMF dedicated server accounts." How can I recover my player key? I set my account years ago, with TMF version not distributed via Steam. I own Steam version aswell. All I have are last 3 digits from my player´s key i extracted from my dedi server settings. Thnx for any advices.

is the following I used to play on a stadium account and now I bought TMUF I changed everything version and account but I can't acquire products because of the error when putting the last 3 digits of the product key of the game can someone help me?
