Track Mania Nations Forever

I am getting a white screen with GTX 970 and WIn 10. The crash afterwards brings up an ad to buy Trackmania retail. I have tried some suggested solutions aside reverting back to Win 7 but I am having consistant problem. I think it is a hardware support or driver issue because I get some variation in the benchmark test but all fail so far.

I couldn`t get it to start in Windows 10 either.

Its someting to do with DirectX 9 not being available. Methinks.

Your not missing much, have put a fwe hours into it at different times, think about 50 people spread out across 20 servers in 10 countries is the most I have seen. last night germany servers were top with 11 players! The online thingy was a nice try but this game is very dead.

I found a fix online which involved editing the ini file and patching with TrackMania United. For some reason it works and the game is playable locally and online. It is a patching problem on the side of Naedo. They need to update the game.
