coppers, online key, maniaplanet, gamekey, valdiation code... I don't get it

Hello guys,

I really tried to make sense of it but I don't get it. When trying to edit my local information to another city it asks me for three characters of an "online key" to spend "coppers". I received a validation code once, I also have 2 game keys (I bought United). No matter what key it says "bad solo account" or something. So what should I do? Support just asks me for information and then closes the ticket.

edit: maniaplanet aks for game key from Steam and when I paste it it's an "unknown key".
