What is "Tag" tab on game web page?

On TMF website (players.trackmaniaforever.com) is "Tag" tab with 3 sub-tubs: "Tags", "Tag creation" and "Orgsnisations". What is it and how it work? Explain me please detaily

Tags are small images that can be shown between profile picture and player name. Up to 3 tags can be visible.
Creating a tag costs coppers and prize goes up as bronze-silver-gold "rarity".

Creating an organization is very expensive, but organization gets discount in tag creation/sending.
Tags can be used as rewards in community competitions and other events.
