Can't create an online Account
Hi,

I can create an offline profile, no problem.
Everytime I want to create an online profile I get the "conection error" and it throws me to the start of account creation.

User Name 6 letters 4 numbers.
Paswort 6 lettes 4 numbers.
Country and region settings applied.
E-mail ***@gmx.de.

What is the problem, that I can't create an Trackmaia Unlimited online account within the game? Any suggestions?

(TMUF) Can't connect to my profile after I selected it
Hello,

I want to play TM United Forever but it doesn't work. When I start the game, I select the profile I want to play with, and right after that, I end up on this loading screen https://imgur.com/a/5jMmKHY and I'm stuck on it.
Last time I launched the game was about 2 months ago and it worked fine.

I also moved to a new house few weeks ago and it's the first time I launch the game from the new house.

My game is up to date and I'm using Windows 10.

Can someone help me ?

Well that's new. Have you tried launching directly into the game and not through the TMUF launcher?

Hey Passekale,

How are you getting on?

Could you please complete these connectivity troubleshooting steps[www.ubisoft.com] to rule out anything local hindering your connection to the game?

And does reinstalling the game help at all too?

I did everything on your link and your comment above, but the game still doesn't work.
I also downloaded the game from here : https://players.trackmaniaforever.com/main.php?view=downloads to test but I got the same issue

I also found a weird workaround :
If I go to MyDocuments\TrackMania\Profiles, and I right click on my profile and open it with the .exe of the game, the game launch and seem to work correclty (I can join and play on online servers). But if I click on the ManiaLink button, I'm stuck with the loading bug and I can't do anything.

Have you tried removing that profile and then logging in again?

I'm trying but I don't recieve the email with the code when I am making the new account. If I create an offline account it works, I can play the game.

Tomorrow evening, I will download the game on another computer to see what will happen

Not a new account, I mean from your client, the game itself. Don't create a new account

If you mean to delete my profile and then connect to the game by using my login and my password : I tried that but I still get that issue

Hello, I'm coming with encouraging news :
I think I've fixed the infinite loading issue : now I can simply open the game, select my profile and everything seem to work correctly !
I edited a lot of things in my firewall, but the only thing I remember is that I deleted every of the rules of trackmania and I recreated them.

However I still do have a problem :
On the main menu, the big panel on the center of the screen is empty (the panel shows up, but there is nothing in it) and when I click on the manialink, I get the infinite loading again.

Solution: TSL 1.0 activated in internet properities -> advanced -> security -> TSL 1.0 activated. It seems this option is deactivated at newer WINs by default.

No problem at all, thanks for the update !

In addition to these elements, I also invite you to let us know if there are any apps such as VPNs or Proxies running in the background, as they can interfere with the connectivity of the game.

Hello,
I don't have any vpn or proxy running in the background.
Do you know if manialink is using a specific protocol or something like that so I can check if something on my pc is causing trouble with it ?
