The whole progress is located on "documents/trackmania", you can copy the TM folder (from documents) and save it on either on "google drive" or a external hard drive.

Cloud Saving isn't supported for Trackmania United Forever.

We can't say exactly why this wasn't included, however Sarrix45's suggestion would do the trick.

We wouldn't be able to advise on this I'm afraid.

I don't believe that it's possible to access the files in the same manner on Steam deck to move your PC saves over.
