Copper problem on server

Hey guys,

So since a couple days people cannot donate coppers to my server anymore, we cannot pay to replay tracks and I cannot send coppers from the server to accounts. It says the server does not have enough coppers, so the transaction gets refused. Even though it has 300.000 coppers in the bank. I cannot find anything in the logs, I really don't know what to do.

Can anyone help me?

Can you provide a video showing the coppers are not working on your server so we can report this to Nadeo? We can not promise if this is something that Nadeo can look into, but we can at least document it for the team.

Hey, sorrty for not updating it, but it appears that Nadeo has a 500.000 copper transaction limit per month. Could you verify this? It worked on the first of september again.

Hello Jojo, thanks for this detail - I have looked into this topic and I can confirm one of the Nadeo team told us that the monthly limit for sending coppers is indeed 500,000, so if you have reached this limit that is why you can not send/receive any more
