Error cannot connect to server - 12029
Yo guys
yesterday I bought an unlimited version, when I want to "register a payment key", it writes me "Unable to connect to server (12029)", I can play online, but without the "paid" version. I tried disabling TLS 1.0 / 1.1 and it doesn't work, reinstallation doesn't work, nothing works
Can you help me pls ?

yeah i tried firewall too.
but I already have it activated! I gave the login details to a friend and he did it. He didn't change anything, he didn't set anything. So the problem was probably somewhere in the IP address. Because I now have an active account and can play online. I tried everything TLS, forward ports, hosts file, DNS, etc..

Hi, I tried to block it, but it didn't work. So I enabled it again. Then, as I wrote above, I gave my friend my trackman data and it worked for him right away. I have no problem playing online. It worked for every server I connected to, so the only problem was that I couldn't verify the "payment key"

I just want to clarify something since this both of these are weirdly worded to me (I think there's some extra jargon in these messages that's making it hard to process).

So your game on your computer won't display that your account is now a United/paid account, but it does on your friend's computer?

Did he put in your payment code for United and it worked for him but not you?

If it was already working when he got your account details, the issue now is that your client (game on your computer) won't acknowledge that your account is activated but the server thinks your account is activated, so you can access the whole game and all the online features?

I had problems with my ubisoft account, I can connect to the website but I can't connect to the game.

Hey, after wanting to play TMUF again on my new PC, I can't log into the game. It starts up in a freezed state saying "connecting to master game server" and then seems to be connected, but when I try to login or reset my passowrds I get different kind of errors like "could not send Email" "could not connect(12029)" or the simple "you are not connected, go online" message. The steps in your guide did not help unfortunately. I even tried installing TMNF and logging in, but I'm facing the same issue there. I also disabled my firewall and started the game as administrator. Does one of you have another Idea on how to proceed?
