Custom Car Help

[Alpines]

I've tried over and over to install a custom car and nothing has gone right. I've tried multiple tutorials online, Steam guides, etc, to no avail.

I've tried My documents/TrackMania/Skins/Vehicles/StadiumCar and placed the car I wanted into the StadiumCar folder and all I get is the Stadium Car with the textures of the car I want, but not the actual car.

Does it have to with the car I want not being compatible with TMUF or did I do something wrong? Please help me.

Ok. Did you place in the correct folder?
You should try to place the skin .zip and the locator file in the following folder Skins\Models\CarCommon
The skin is working fine for me in Stadium, both the model and the texture are displayed correctly.

When I put the skin .zip and the .loc file I still get the same result.

Did you purchase Stadium or is it the demo?

Well, the car you have downloaded is a car for Maniaplanet, where it is working fine, but not for TMUF! Sorry, I just saw it when rereading and trying to understand why you have trouble. [ myself]

You have to understand that http://www.maniapark.com/ is for Maniaplanet only.
You should look on http://www.trackmania-carpark.com/ as this is for Trackmania / United / Forerver.
