My Campaign - Challenge download issue.

I try and download Island tracks and get this error.

"Download error
There are no official Challenges"

This only happens on Black difficulty and only on Island.

At a guess, it can't download anymore because I've already downloaded ALL that is available, however some of the tracks were downloaded with the same account on an older computer, but when downloading Island tracks on my current computer they were not downloaded... so I know there are tracks it hasn't downloaded despite it saying otherwise. I assume this means that regardless of computer, I've downloaded all available tracks with the account on that difficulty.

How do I get it to download tracks again, even if it has already downloaded them in the past, because as of right now I can't download any for that difficulty, namely the ones I like.

Also, I'm aware that the tracks are downloaded to a folder in my documents but I deleted the whole lot when I went to reinstall the game.

If you can't download them using Steam anymore, try to get them on http://www.tm-exchange.com/
Btw. there are much more tracks available than in Steam ;-)
