Really hoping they find a solution to this. This is very frustrating.
AORUS GTX 1080 Gaming Box

Windows 1903
Samsung Windows Mixed Reality 800ZBA
Driver Date: 6/21/2006[ (SIC)
Driver version 10.0.1.18362.1062
I've been driven demented by this the last few days.
With Windows 1809 the Windows Mixed Reality app was starting up but after a very short period the camera locked on to gaze direction and then crashed.
I started off by trying to update the firmware on the Odyssey+.
Despite disabling USB power management, trying two different VR capable machines, the headset was not found and I've been unable to confirm the current firmware version or update it.
I've since uninstalled and reinstalled the Windows Mixed Reality application and installed Windows 1903.
Things have gotten worse.
Now the Odyssey+ is not found. I get a 15-5 error code from WMR.
What do you mean by "sign out"? Sign out of steam? Sign off of windows?
As far as i know, there is no signing in for WMR, or am i missing something entirely?
A complete fresh reboot of my computer does not let me use my WMR even "once", so what am I missing here?
Thing is. My O+ and WMR has worked without any snags or issues solidly since i got it at the start of this year, only running into this issue middle of last month. I've never had to worry about "signing out" or restarting my computer, or reinstalling anything. Then suddenly, it just completely stops working altogether.
Every tech support strand from MS regarding this issue ends in people reinstalling their OS because nothing they suggest actually works, so tough luck indeed. :\
