If you look at Faran's portrait behind Faran - the NPC, its implied he hasn't aged a day since leaving Arizona years earlier.

I thought from that moment he is a synth or a clone. Doubly so after the almost inhumane fight.

Dialogue with Faran does not explain the painting and his apparent immortality beyond some anecdotal 'I work out' nonsense.

I think there are at least a couple ways to go with this -

1) It is like "Is Deckard a replicant" from Blade Runner. Brygo wants all the synths and robots dead in the first game, so it would be an interesting twist if he was one, too.

2) Real life Las Vegas DOES seem to age people a lot. The performers and the casino employees all seem to look ancient when you're close to them. So when Brygo talks about feeling 20 years younger in Colorado, it might be related to that.
