V.I.C.I. bugged

I found her before talking to Vivisecto, tried talking to her (I initiated the conversation) before realizing there were enemies around and the fight started at the same time I initiated the conversation with her. Problem is that now, after killing the dogs around her and getting the quest from Vivisecto, she's on loop saying "what are you waiting for, help" and I can't restart the conversation.

Anyone know how this can be fixed, if there's a way to? This means I can't finish the Counterintelligence quest either.
