Doctor heal 3 patients bug

I try to heal the 3 patients, man needs a suture kit, he heals. One woman needs a med kit, she heals. One woman needs an injury kit... but when I try to use it she is an invalid target. I can use both a med or suture kit on her but it does not advance the plot.

Okay, I reloaded the save and now I could use the injury kit. That was weird.
