whats the difference between 2 versions of the game

im looking to pick this game up later today. whats the difference between the digital deluxe version and the regular version and why is the deluxe version cheaper than the standard?

The only deluxe I see is just for the artwork and soundtracks. You don't get the actual game.

if you are looking for the actual game to play, then get the standard wasteland 3 game OR get the wasteland 3: colorado collection which comes with the standard game and both DLCs.

I noticed this too, I bought the deluxe version for 13 euros and got the base game.
I don't get why the deluxe is cheaper, it makes no sense.
