Is there any form of new game plus or importing?

Hi there.
Pretty much as the title suggests.
I just finished a run, getting the November Reigns ending, and was curious if there was any kind of new game plus or importing system to allow you take the Rangers you made in an old save file and bring them into a new run?.
Googling it, it would not seem there is, but I figured I would ask here, just in case.

Alrighty, Just to make totally sure should anyone else find their way here looking for the answer themselves, there is a definitive answer;

No, there is no new game plus/character importing functionality.
All of your Rangers and Companions cannot be transfered onto a new save or imported in via the recruiter guy.

Matt, the CM, said that it was something that was indeed being looked into, but sadly never got added into the game, and considering this game now a few years old and the last update was in 2021, 3 years ago, it is very doubtful that Wasteland 3 overall is gonna get any kind of support in the future.
So alas, unlike Wasteland 2 that did allow for such character importing, that cannot be found here, sadly.
The closest thing I can find are mods for it;

But even then these are just mods, not any "official" thing.
