Electric Dreams Quest issues
So, I'm quite angry at this point. I've made sure to pick every single option to not kill anyone and to set up for the good endings. But there is no option to 'persuade' the synths in the tower to stay in Steeltown after freeing them. Literally 0 options come up for it. Am I just doing something wrong, or is this just another bug.

I've gotten the Item from Blue peacefully as well, before it is asked. I just don't understand why I dont get any options to persuade them.

You will have to reject them first by telling them you will kill/erase their mind. They will have to compromise and make a deal with you about staying in Steeltown.
