Important statistic for any of your melee builds, or whoever you have mechanics on to disable turrets/alarms/whatever in battle.
You have a Speed of 1, which adds 0.1 to this - meaning you begin with a Combat Speed of 1.5 (aka 1.5 squares per 1ap).
With speed 10 you can add 1.4 to this number, putting you at 2.8
A Cyborg enhancement and speed boost utility item you add 1.0
A leg armour mod can add 0.8
Brawling rank 10 adds 0.5 to your combat speed.
If you had just these you would be on a Combat Speed of 5.1, meaning you could move 51 squares for 10ap.
Also don't forget Luck can make you do something for free with a lucky action proc - if you move and attack in one go, the full cost will be refunded (not just the attack portion).
There's nothing more awesome than crossing the entire battlefield with your brawler, punching someone AND getting 11 ap refunded to go from 1 punch, to TWELVE punches that round!
Is litteraly written like that in-game
For small numbers of movement square, having a whole or half-integer combat speed is preferable for this reason alone.
