mystery item?

I got an item from a CDC bunker thats icon was just a question mark and it said mystery item but its not in inventory or archive soooo I'm not sure what to think of that? Where is it if anywhere? Does it do anything?

When you find one of the crafting materials, it will add the recipe under mystery item, you have to build the thing to know what it is. It is mostly just joke/lore items, some of items have actual use, but nothing too special as to be concerned you are missing something.
