Gamebreaking bug - The traitor

Took out the ambush at HQ than i went to the Hoom Homestead and the rebel scout isnt there. all the Hoom's have a dialouge referencing a man waiting for me, but he is missing. Anyone else experienced it? is there another way to proceed or my savegame is borked?

(did like 4-5h sidecontent between the ambush and going to the Homestead so reload is a no-go)

Talk to an Asian lady at your own HQ computer room first to trigger Angie's appearance at Hoon's. You should've paid attention to HQ radios who notified you about it.

Sorry to ressurect this, but I'm having the exact same issue as you. Did you find a solution to this bug? The sub mission task to "defeat the scar collectors attacking ranger HQ" is still showing as incomplete even though I killed them all and got their loot. I got the dialogue to go to the Hoon estate. The camera pans out like I'm supposed to see someone or something, but there's nothing. Everyone in the house says there's someone waiting in the front room, but he isn't there. I talked to the "Asian lady" multiple times and nothing.
