Steeltown + Provost

I'm starting up Steeltown but the Provost, Billy & Jean, and Maj. Tomcat are following me. I can dismiss the critters (though it seems to mean I can't ever have both again) but the Provost isn't going anywhere. How nasty is he likely to be when I'm trying to be non-lethal?

Any of compnaions' kills are not counted towards you. Even if Provost massacres entire worker union they won't blame you.

Same goes for animal companions - just don't bother.

the provost will die fairly quickly. if you are going for the perk he gives finish his quest first

He wont die, enemies almost never focus him, he barely ever even takes damage, only if he gets struck by some crazy AOE.

You can actually heal enemies in order to get non-lethal take downs on them.
