I use steam to launch Wasteland 3.
In the Steam launch options for Wastland 3 I changed the Launch options to
-force-opengl
So instead of the Metal API the game use the deprecated (but still functional ) Open GL rendering.
If you use another launcher to open the game I am sure you can doe it there also.
I don't think I can show a screenshot in reddit.

Thanks for the tip this is really solving the problem, but is cutting a bit the resolution. And some artefacts still in place but much better now
