[Question]Elite Hot-Rivet Rifle Schematic

Has anybody located this schematic within the DLC? I finished the main campaign and i cant seem to find it or ive missed it. I dunno if its a reward on any of the side missions or something. I also sided with crow so maybe it is a reward with the abigail path? Can someone please confirm if theyve seen this schematic?

All I can say is I sided with markham and did not get it. I have seen or gotten every other elite schematic, maybe the rivet rifle just does not exist or is bugged

I sided with Abby and still get the schematic, not sure how did I get that. If I'm not mistaken it has something to do with Luna Moon quest

I sided with Abby and still get the schematic, not sure how did I get that. If I'm not mistaken it has something to do with Luna Moon quest

I didnt manage to find luna moon after i got the second quest item on the spire, how did you finish that unmarked quest?

I think you have to talk to Serena or something (lady merchant that stands next to armor dude)

In that case, you basically need to do it all in a perfect run and come with the right team. You can't access the spire for the second part of the letter after you finish business there, and none of the NPCs will talk to you after the raider attack, so you need to basically finish that side quest as soon as your progression allows

For everyone still looking:

It has nothing to do with choices you take (beyond making sure certain NPCs don't get dead) and you don't need a all-star team either. Just have someone with Toaster 10 in the party when you ascend the Spire, and someone with high Hard/Kiss-A** when you talk to the HR dude afterwards. But as mentioned above, you can only access the Spire once, so the toaster dude must come.

The McGuffins in question are the two halves of a Fraternization Form or some such document, and a girl found hiding in a shack on the factory level during the strike, Luna .
Just talk to the girl when you find her; she'll be gone after the factory level quest is done, but don't worry about that.
Also on the factory level, in the final chamber, lives the the bottom half of the form we need, inside a toaster in the corner. The upper half resides in a toaster on top of the Spire, in a small niche on the second outside balcony.

After you aquire both, go back down to the admin level, loot Markham's personal chambers if you haven't already, then go talk to Serena (Ammo & Mod merch) and talk to her about the form. Make sure you ask both questions about the form, then tell her you'll sort it out with Haley in Human Resources. Talk to the schmuck, Hard/Kiss-a** him to get the form approved, return to Serena, get the blueprint.
