This is how all developers should handle their customers.
Unfortunately, the majority of them don't.
Having worked in the entertainment industry (film) I understand the shifts can be brutal. I often had to work 12-16 hour shifts, however, if an employee can find a way to dedicate some of their time to forums, my god, they'd win over the hearts of so many.
It's a tough gig, though.
Forums aren't exactly sunshine and roses.

1) after loading the 'snow' from the loading screen still follows the game in progress, which creates lag.
2) companions like lucia 'leave' after you fight too many raiders
3) sometimes during fights when its 'friendly allies' turn the game will not use the units and thus crash.
1) The abilities and quick slot menus sometimes won't appear. Then for no reason they start working again.
2) Messed up with the music in Cannibal Jamboree - the level theme doesn't play. Now the level is silent. Too bad - I really liked that song.
3) Also sound issue. The honey badger location used to have some nice song playing in the background. Now it just plays the usual ambient track.
4) Self-duplicating 38mm scopes in the inventory. So far I haven't figured out what triggers it, but my inventory is swarming with those, so I have to constantly sell them.
2. Sometimes a door or a crate can't be clicked though the hand icon is still on. Hafta hover and click randomly else like above to make it work.
I had a similar bug. My unit could no longer shoot the enemy. I would select a character and click on an enemy to attack them, but nothing would happen.
In the end, I had to cheese it by deploying a couple of machine turrets and rely on them to kill the enemies to pass that 'Battle of Steeltown' mission.
So, for anyone in the future reading that can't shoot their weapons or so, try that solution as a work around.
