Arrest Victory Buchanan or recruit

Wondering if I should arrest Victory Buchanan or recruit him, anyone here finished the game with Vic in your team? Does he affect the ending in anyway? I find most companions boring af so I wanted to recruit Vic because he might be amusing but Im afraid it would interfere with my peaceful good rangers playthrough.

The only thing that affects is the reputation of the Hundred Families and of course you piss off Angela Deth but screw her. He's funny for a psychopath. Vic has similar attributes to Pizepi so you can give him combat shooting (a special book) if you plan on doing him a small mayhem.

I will not say more because I understand that you are playing the game for the first time, yeah?

I was thinking of recruiting him, but he just annoys me too much. It's like they really tried hard to make him seem like the Joker from Dark Knight, but you can't really do that very well. I've either arrested him or he blew himself up. Aside from him, most of the characters were fine though. Some were even quite interesting, such as Kwon.
