Disruption Energy Converter
After getting the recipe in steeltown I can craft it... but I can't find it in my inventory... am I blind? I also can't find it in any "modify weapon" lists...

Found it, it gets put under "mission critical" items?! I thought it'd be a weapon mod... am I wrong? Is this item just bugged?

It is a quest item that's immediately relevant to the area you're in, though it doesn't always have to be used depending on the choices you make towards the gang.

Its used in blues garage, if you fight them there instead of talking, its used there. There is also an animal whisper check if you return there after completing blues part of the dlc.

I thought it read like the "X Link" weapon mods eg change damage type to plasma and add a chance to apply the disruption debuff on each hit
THAT woulda be cool and useful :(
