No LETHAL LANCER doll ?

Hey mates!

I am currently trying to get some achievements!
I have a problem : I have just realized I do not have the Lethal Lancer doll ; and when I come back to the monster army's bunker, there is no Lethal Lancer doll in the duffle bag as it should normally be.

Do you guys have a solution?... It is a bit of a disappointment for me as it would prevent me from obtaining the achievement in my current run...

Do you have Patient Pierce in your Archive? Dunno if they renamed it or the guides have the wrong name, but what I found at the Monster Army Bunker was Patient Pierce, and its ability is the +1 Penetration that Lethal Lance is supposed to have. If you look at the Wasteland official wiki and look up Lethal Lance, in its description it's called Patient Pierce, not Lethal Lance.
