Crashing after new patch?

Hey all. Has anyone experienced the game crashing after the new update? I have no idea what is happening. I am going into the final battle to take ranger HQ back, and now it keeps crashing. It was working perfectly fine before that. I was able to complete the penultimate battle and install Cordite. But now it's constantly crashing.

my game has crashed twice today in-fight. It is soooo frustrating when you are 20 min. in a Ranger-level fight :-(

My game froze up in steeltown in the first battle there on a friendly turn. Right now xD

Yes! But for me it seems to happen only in Denver - so frustrating becouse i just came from machine commune and CANT get away from Denver. Loaded some previous saves and there was no problem, but in Denver it crashes after ~30 seconds in fight

I particularly love the crashes caused by equipping/unequipping guns with damage type mods.

I've completed the Brig computer in the endgame battle at Ranger HQ and can start the battle in the garage, but the game crashes and closes every time either during round 1 or round 2. I've tried approaching from the outside and the inside. I got to round 2 by approaching from inside HQ, outside approach crashes on round 1 every time.

I confirm the presence of this error (it appears regardless of the choice made - to fight for or against the patriarch) - the game crashes without any error messages during the battle in the garage.

Yep. Every time I start the garage shoot out. One shot and then the game crashes. From the Inxile site:
We're aware that since patch 1.4.1 a crash may be experienced at the Ranger HQ garage at the end of the game. As our team develops a fix, we encourage players to try the following workarounds as they may help you avoid this crash while work continues on a fix:
Try lowering your graphics settings to Low before proceeding into combat.
Avoid mousing over the area where the Kodiak would normally be parked.

Yeah that happened to me too. If your fight was the wolves threatening the Razorback, I managed to get out of that by attacking the wolf closest to my team and then setting up the rest of my team in Ambush. I noticed that I kept crashing when I started targeting wolves further away.

For me it helped to not enter the garage through the gate, but from the other site instead (the corridor where the hospital and the armory are as well).

No crashes when I started the fight from that side, but always when I attacked from the main garage gate.

Doesn't really make sense to me, but that's what happened.

To make it even weirder: Do not attack the traitors on the right side immediately after you enter Ranger HQ through the main entrance. Always crashes during the second round of the fight.

The trick that did it for me: Enter HQ through the main entrance. Go left without fighting. Fight the garage traitors from the back and then go back to the main entrance and kill those dudes as well. Why, I cannot tell, but it worked.

Yeah - new patch seems to have messed up something in the guts of the game. Mine is crashing at the end of the garage fight. I get down to one sentry on top of the building and the two turrets and it's CTD'd twice now. Bug report submitted. Very frustrating!
