Consistent crash trying to enter Denver

About 10 hours into the game, finally heading to Denver to begin the quest on the first son of the Patriarch but when trying to enter the Denver Ruins I get hit with a crash to desktop. I've tried the autosave before entering and a manual save from while still on the world map but to no avail. Anybody encountered this or know a fix?

I think it might be the new patch. This is my second play of the game and now when I leave the robot commune and go back to the main area of Denver and start the fight with the waste dogs the game crashes. Has happened a few times now. This is the first crash that has effected me while playing this game.

I fear it is the new patch. I am about to enter the final section of the game, and it just crashes whenever I try to enter the final battle.

Same here, crashing upon re-enetering denver after steeltown. I can fight a bit at the base but it keeps crashing over and over.

Update for y'all still having this problem, I verified the integrity of my files after the newest patch installed and steam found 2 that were missing and that did the trick! Works smooth now so if you haven't tried that yet give it a shot.

Same problem, and I've tried Verifying and reinstalling the game and no luck, leaving the Machine Commune and returning to Denver, as soon as I get into the fight with the waste wolves. However: If you sneak your characters past the Waste Wolves without entering combat and avoid combat in Denver out you can at least get the heck out of Denver and continue your game until this crash is fixed...

This is super annoying that this still hasn't been fixed. I get maybe a minute or two of play until the game crashes my entire computer.

I have the same Problem, Game never crashed or anything, but when I try to enter Denver Ruins (for the first time), I get a CtD right when Loading(in)-Screen is at 100%.. Any workarounds or fixes known for this? 👀

did you try verifying the integrity of your files? which was his solution.

Yes, that worked for me, thx. Even if it was a clean first install with all DLC, this Indeed fixed it. 😎👌
