Best Weapon for Explosive Mod?

Jackhammer or Minigun. Chars have the Explosive Perks and Skill. I only found 1 Mod of it. ^^

any weapons with explosive elemental are fine for characters that use explosives skill but generally the best is pdw-01. An explosive SMG. But out of the two of yours mentioned, I recommend an explosive minigun for a heavy guy with a pyromadiac quirk and a background that increases the explosive damage. I haven't tested the explosive jackhammer but this shotgun is strong anyway without any elementals.

Nidhogg has Explosive Damage. Don't think the Explosive Mod makes sense because Explosive mode decreases Weapon Damage by 15%.

explosive rounds wreck the game at some places,when there are friendlies mixed in with enemies you are suddenly fighting everyone.
