Unable to find Liberty Buchanan

I played this game coop up till about April, was very fun but got stuck at finding liberty Buchanan after dealing with Patriarchs other two sons.
I know a bunch of people were bugged in not being able to proceed to find her, was this fixed?

Never played coop so I dunno about that, but in order to find Liberty, you need to meet with Angela Deth. She will sent you one of her people to Ranger HQ who need to talk to - that person can be found in the War Room.
