Npc Vendor Inventory

Is it me or does it seem that Npc vendor inventory does not restock? I complete the game and start A new one, and its happening all over again. Npc restocking of anything is not happening. Is this a bug or the way it is? cant find armor, weapon mods, hell they are even out of ammo. Only way Im getting any ammo is from random encounter's.

well, it surely seems the vendors in CS don't restock. but your own armory does. you will usually get a radio notice if you are out in the field when it does. I haven't checked the vendors at the bizarre to see if they ever restock, but they hadn't the first 3 times I left and went back after doing other quests.

The inventory is not restocked and not improved with your level so you had to buy at another vendor that provide better equipment or at ranger HQ after new R&D

Well the New R&D comes across the radio just fine, but still no restock or improved inventory. I have checked all the vendors at RHQ. Its got to be a bug. Food, weapon, truck, Clothing, Medical vendor, no improved or changed inventory for me. Hell Im out of 5.56 ammo at every vendor, only way I get that ammo is from encounter's.

Inventory doesnt restock EXCEPT if you EMPTY IT ALL
in which case it is reset with EVERYTHING it had (so you can buy unique stuff multiple times)

Lol... Literally everything? That can be quite costly just to get a reset. That's a lot of claiming the reward money for the red dye over and over again.

No vendor restock, HQ vendor get new stock each time you arrest/kill a patriach kid.

HQ keeps telling that they have some amazing new stuff now, but when I go there its the same old useless crap as before. Bug I guess. I dont even buy ammo from them as some other places have better prices.

my issue is last night I went to HQ and boutgh about 500 rds of 5.56 and 7.62. Saved the game and logged out. Came back today and loaded that same save and now I only have 62 rds of 7.62 and 100 rds of 5.56.

I know if was tha same save cause I had over $3k and after I bought everything I had $1300, I dont have the ammo but still only have $1300.

In order to get vendors to restock you have to completely buy out all their inventory. Then when you zone out and back they will have a new selection of items. This works to reset book vendors so you can get 10 skill in survival and toaster repair without spending any skill points if you reset the vendor enough times.

Lol this game with all the bugs and design misses...
