How to get Power Armor?

Found a full set of power armor and all it says is it's in good condition but no one will be using it soon? What kind of doodoo is that?

I don't care if anyone will be using it, I want to sell it!!

If it's at the Cannival BBQ place, you have to take a quest from the guy there, task you with finding 5 people. One in Colorado Springs, one at The Bizarre (that may not be there if you took down the monster army), and Three at the Knoxx Farm, which you can only enter once you deal with Vic.

No power armor if you killed the cannibals without doing the quest.

Well, you can buy some after you progress in the story at your Ranger HQ armory there are some question that give it like mentioned above but I'm pretty sure if you have Kiss Ass 8 you can skip that and get it.

I got a Powered Armor Helmet after meeting Angela Deth in the farm homestead near Colorado Springs, near endgame I think (all Patriarch kids but Liberty dealt with), and shortly after that I checked my Ranger HQ Armory Store and could buy Power Armor and some kind of light stealth armor (doesn't cloak, reduces detection time).

Crap, I killed everyone at the BBQ place, actually they attacked me.... And I am unable to take the armor.

I'll have to get it at the Ranger HQ, that sounds like a plan...
