Any way to respec using Mods or cheats?

I am aware there is no in-game way to respec, but I am wondering if there is anything out there yet that lets you do it cheaty like?
I have checked all the usual places like nexus etc

Story characters - maybe cheat engine?
For your created characters - you already can respec in a way. Just create new ones. They will start at whatever your level is.

FLiNG's trainer does work but it doesn't really allows a respec, you do need to use cheat engine for that. But it is simpler and faster to make a new character, just save beforehand in case your game bugs out.

I accidently screwed up Socomo right after I recruited him and I really want to have him in my party. Reminds me of dear old da'
