In game computer with Bard's Tale

I specifically remember a computer where your character plays Bard's Tale and is instantly killed by barbarians. Well, I found a "Bard Tale IV: Tips N Tricks" book in a toaster. It's not marked as junk. Makes me think it has a use. Problem is, I don't remember where the terminal with it is. I know it has to be relatively early game because I haven't completed any Denver quests yet... does anyone know where it is?

I think it might be in museum inside the Bizarre. Wasn't it a museum of gaming or something?

FYI: the computer let me use the book and said an "exclusive reward will soon be sent to you". Not sure what it is yet. But seems like it really was an item that can be used.

Got a REALLY sweet full set of armor from it. Leadership, charisma, leadership range AND exp bonus from the full set. And it's the best looking armor I've seen in the game. REALLY recommend people do it if they see it and have a leader character. The book was in a toaster in the commune.
