theres power armor you can find in a cannibal camp. to fix it you need certain parts as well as both 10 in weird sience and 10 in mechanics. ive only found 2 of those parts so far. maybe the third part requires 10 in another stat? nerd stuff?

Yes there is power armor. Yes you can find it early in a couple of (evil) ways. But even if you stick to your morals, you can buy it from Ranger HQ much later on.

Early in the game there's a guy in the Colorado Springs apartments who gives you a briefcase and tells you not to open it. If you obey him you'll get the best power armor near the end of the game.
