Cross play between steam and windows?
maybe a stupid question but Is it possible to play this game with a friend who has it on steam and for example i have it on microsoft store?

As long as you know their IP, platform doesn't matter.

It worked via hamachi. its was to much of a hassle so i just bought the game on steam aswell.

make sure ur hosting a public game not a private other wise ur friends cant join or wont see the ip
