Scotchmo how did you build him
Hello im interested in how people build scotchmo as he is shotgun/mele build which dont really blend stat wise.

Just shotgun, lockpicking and sneaky ♥♥♥♥. I Skipped melee.

I maxed out shotgun and lockpick, then gave him armor modding. I didn't use any melee/brawling on my first playthrough. I played on normal difficulty with friendly fire off and it's pretty easy overall whatever you do. I guess melee would be more useful if you have friendly fire on.

I haven't tested him but I think shotgun and sneak perks are a good choice for him. Sneaky sh*t perk 10 increases damage, so you should use him to start every combat. Especially useful when you play at the highest difficulty.

Dude explosives, rockets, and sneaky means ending combat before it started.

I gave him Shotgun and Weird Science, then gave him the cyborg perk so he could get that laser eye implant. By the end of the game, Scotchmo was the most badass person in my group and he was never useless. He had the second best armor in my group, could shoot a devastating laser attack, had 2 different major attacks with his shotgun, and could hack robots and throw grenades. He dominated my party.

I made him a medic with a shotgun. Mostly because he replaced a character I had rolled myself.
