can we play a local 2 in lan. (2 pc).
if so with the same account and only 1 game ??

No idea if you can play on lan, but you need 2 copies regardless to play with someone else.

Would be super cool if the game supported remoteplay together but with Divinity Original Sin 2 while using remoteplay together both players have to use controllers connected to the same system, which i didn't like too much.

Why would they? Its easier to play online from their homes. Totally unnecessary to physically come together and hook up to a lan.

Yeah exactly, that other guy is just trying to be a ♥♥♥♥, coz me n the mates of mine who did play this all just played from our own PC's, local coop is a waste of resources

Well... I play local coop with my husband and see no waste of resources in it. Actually, it would be an ENORMOUS waste of resources for us not to play local coop.

So the answer to who would play local coop is (*drum roll*) people who live together. And they can even be real life friends, not necessarily a couple.

Perhaps, but in todays unlimited internet i think its almost more trouble than its worth opting for lan over online
