Assembly company: "Hack eva montinga's computer"

Can't finish this side-quest. I have Network Interlink, I have Hacker. I have them both in capital... and I can't do anything. Nothing happens. Still "Step 1: Set Up Interlink".

Never used any mods for Age of Wonders: Planetfall... maybe because they're not simple? They have +2 armor and +1 shield... should I try regular ones?
