How to access the dlc's ?

hey guys, just bought the game including a few x-pacs (invasions + revelations), but when i start the game i dont seem to have the dlc's running, its just the basic game with no expansion (f.e.: cant choose the factions from the "invasion"-pac). how do i get this to work?do i have to finish some campaign o.s. ?

They should be active by default. Check which DLCs you have in launcher or in Steam shop.

ran into this problem myself after re-install thanks for the reminder that paradox has the dlc on/off in the launcher as well
