Tutorial annex observation complex

cant figure out how to annex the exodimensional complex, when im on it there is no option to annex and the tutorial wont explain it either on how to do it.

You need:
- A city within 2 sectors of it
- If the complex is 2 sectors away, an annexed sector in between
- The city must have an open annexation slot. It gets one slot every 4 pop, up to 4 slots at 16 pop.
- The complex must have been conquered (the tutorial probably already had you do this - you'll have a dotted line in your empire color surrounding that sector if you have).

Im still stuck, i've done everything but the pop, i dont know how to increase pop also i tried the vanguard colonizer and it wont do a thing.

Population is automatically generated based on your Food/Supply production. In your Colony Overview it shows you how many turns it will take for the next Colonist to appear. Once a Colony has enough Colonist it can annex another sector, your first Sector at 4 Colonists and so fort every 4 Colonists. A colony can not annex a sector if it's occupied (uncleared Landmarks or Spawners), more then 2 Sectors away from the colony or when the Colony has 4 additional sectors (5 incl. the Colony).

When you can annex a sector you only need to click on the Centre Hex and the option should appear. If it's greyed out, hovering over it should show you why you cannot annex it.

I've cleared out the area and the option to annex isnt even there.

Ah, in that case can you send us a couple of screenshots/pics, maybe we can figure out why you can't annex it.

Not to hijack OP's problem with the tutorial specifically, but this does seem to be a related issue, and I don't know if it is a known bug or WAI:

I'm on the first Syndicate campaign mission and I negotiated with a Vanguard settlement to turn them into a colonist. I moved the Vanguard colonist over one sector and settled next to the landmark sector that was the main quest objective at the time and which was held by the Spacers NPC faction. When I was up to 4 pop in my Vanguard colony, I talked to the Spacers on the quest landmark (which updated the quest) and asked them to vacate, which they did. Problem is, when I clicked on the sector marker for the landmark sector, it brought up the dialog showing it was a landmark, owned by me, yada, yada - but there was only a "close" button, no "Annex landmark to XX?" button.

I've not had this sort of problem before, but I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've tried to annex an NPC-acquired landmark onto a colony that wasn't my main race, so I'm wondering if that's what's causing the problem.

i tried it again today still the same problem, watched some guide videos nothing still helps... and I don't know how to post a screenshot here, cant upload a photo from my phone either..

So to confirm, you have a Colony adjacent to the 'Exodimenional Observation Complex' (to the South-South West), the Gravitronic wave has had and the map has a purple overlay, the sectorborder is striped/dashes and not one solid line and your adjacent colony has at least 4 Pops?
