Everytime, the opponent does something bad against you, like taking a sector near your border, denouce you, etc, you get some casus belli against it.
If you declare war with casus belli, you don't suffer less reputation and approve lost.
The casus belli is measured by level:
1 - 5 is minor, you lose a lot reputation and approve.
6 - 10 is medium, you lose some reputation and gain some on approve.
11+ is major, you lose no reputation, but gain a huge boost on approve.
You can ask the opponent to "buy" it with resources as well. You can buy it from the opponent to reduce the possibility of a war.
I was mainly interested in the various levels (and if their is more than three)
So thanks :-)
