(old) Bug reports until the release of Invaders fro Afar
We're preparing a series of bugfixes for the next update and we need your help to get more details regarding some issues difficult to reproduce.

If you experience a crash, freeze or another blocking issue, can you specify the following information?
  • OS version (for instance Windows 7)
  • What was the last thing you did, what were you trying to do or expecting to see (for instance I've completed the Combat tutorial and pressed End Mission, and blood flooded out of my speakers)
  • If you have a crash report / log, please send it to our support team at {ПРЕМАХНАТА ВРЪЗКА}
While we don't answer to every topic, rest assured that we do read them and take them very seriously. Thank you.

I was playing as Crimea and I was having 3 stars at that turn.

In my supposed to be my final action at the turn, I plan to have 2 fights and resolve an objective between the combats. The objective was "Send One Back as Warning": force a worker to retreat and still have at least 7 powers.

The first fight was on the Factory territory with Nordic and I won the combat, still have 7 powers and forced the Mech, the character and a worker to retreat onto the nearby lake. I believe after this combat I would be able to fulfill my objective. However, in the game, I was not allowed to. After winning my 2nd combat vs Rusviet, I didn't have enough power to do so.

Please fix this bug or correct me if my understanding of resolving this objective is wrong. Thanks

You can't reveal an objective between combats. I think errata on the Wind Gambit expansion added that you can only reveal objectives on your turn either before or after performing a top or bottom row action.

I'm not sure if you can complete that objective after a second combat causes you to drop below 7 power.
I believe you would have to complete the move action in order to turn in the objective. Combat is part of the move action. Objectives are turned in after the top or bow row actions are complete,or at end of turn if stated on the card.

this is critical. like epic! not a bug. i hat just played a 4 players game where 3 had to reconnect with woodo magic to fix the sync, a hero on factory wothout factory card. players who reconnect with others account and with resetted counters. STOP working on graphics and anything else but

This is so frustrating; have literally (with no exageration) not been able to play a game in the past 5 days without a frozen moment in the game when someone has to leave game to jumpstart it; I am wondering if your servers are able to support the SPECTATE option and/or improved graphics. Please work on fixing the game and lobby so we can play it, not just look at pretty skins

Also very frustrated. The muliplayer doesn't work at all now, and I've invested too much time into trying to get through some online games that I can't refund. Anyone who wants to buy this game for more than solo vs bots don't bother.
Same here. Multiplayer has become virtually unplayable lately. Why are things getting worse instead of better?
The game gets stuck at 'authenticating', forever :/

This game has been bugging a lot lately, seems like not tied to a specific faction or action. The bug happened randomly like when showing encounter or entering factory. In a specific case when a player bolster and used metals to deploy a mech and it bugged out. The player left the game and the bot take over. It showed that the bot had used the metals to deployed and earn coin bonus but I didnt see any mech on its faction. There are many other cases that I can list out here but it is just too many to mention here. So I guess this is one major bug that needs to be fixed instantly.

And in the lobby, there are so many rooms that are full and exitst there from day to day without any change so I wonder is it a server problem? And it is getting much slower to connect to onine game as compared to before. And when I join some games, it shows as joining but it get stuck there for a long time without result.

Please fix this asap technical team!!

I keep trying to play multiplayer online with friends and it freezes up and jams on turn 13 - 26. It says you've end the turn but then the other player can't go. If one person logs out, it unjams. I enjoy this game but I'd like to play it with my friends, not just in single player mode.
Have noticed several buggy things but 2 are of note.

1. Factory card movement is broken. Sometimes won't let you move 4. Other times it will but then won't if you want to drop a worker at penultimate space.

2. Only experience playing online: Built a monument that disappeared. That is, I was Polonia and Nordic quit game causing it to freeze. I was informed to hard quit and rejoin. Did that ... but then the monument was gone and so was the wood I spent to build it. This totally destroyed my strategy (had to have bolster/pop from monument with 8 workers). I quit game in frustration.
[now my online record shows I "played a game" and have some negative karma..... and this makes me not want to go back until both bug is fixed and my record is reset.
Move 4? You are never able to move 4 spaces. Factory + Speed = 3 spaces.
I am in a 3-player game right now. I am Crimea, playing last position, and just finished my round 6 turn. My screen shows it's Saxony's turn. The other two players think it's my turning. They see my clock still ticking (over ten minutes now!)

They all see that my last actions were move, move, upgrade, get recruit bonus.

Is there a way to unfreeze, or is this game toast? It's saxony's first online multiplay game. That will be a bummer!
Gave up. Started a new game. we are all three stuck in "Entering the factory". We are all on Mac, FWIW. 03:35 UTC Dec 28.

My friend and I recently enlisted a new player into Scythe Digital Edition and this evening we tried to player a three-player game, all on the Steam/Mac platform.

The experience was an abject failure. In the first game, after 6 rounds, the game stuck after the third player’s (me, Crimea) turn, showing me that it was the next player’s turn (the new guy as Saxony) but showing the other two that it was still my turn. I saw Saxony’s timer ticking, they saw mine ticking. I tried clicking to options and back, and other things, but nothing unstuck the game. After fifteen minutes, we quit and started a new game. We were all very sad to lose our progress.

In the second game, things were going well until the first of us entered the factory (me again, this time as Rusviet). It froze on Entering Factory, although it still gave the sonar-ping visual if I clicked any of my units. Again, nothing could unjam it until a bunch of mad clicking everywhere let me, surprisingly, move again, and then do my bottom-row action, all with “Entering Factory” still overlaid on the screen. After I did the bottom-row action, all players were stuck. Once again, we gave up mid-game and went to bed. Two hours shot to hell. We have hits on our karma and a very sour taste for your product!

A few bugs are generally accepted, but this is a complete inability to play the game we paid for! Worse than that, it consumed our time for no pleasure, only aggravation. We seek redress.
