Pass Coins?

I just discovered the "Pass Coins" button, where you can give your gold away.

Why would you want to do that?? 🤔

This is a legal tactic in the actual board game. you are able to bribe other people on the board to take or forgo actions on their turn. An example would be "ill give you 5 gold to attack them instead of me next turn".

I think this is more so useful when you are trying to achieve an objective that requires you to have a certain amount of money or less. That is primarily when I have seen it used. I have never seen anyone bribe anyone else to do or not do something in this game.
