Bug: Tie Break Calculations
I tied a game but my opponent was erroneously given the win. It appears Popularity is being used as the tie breaker. BUT, from the rules, the tie breakers are:

1. Number of workers, mechs, and structures
2. Power
3. Popularity
4. Number of resource tokens controlled
5. Number of territories controlled
6. Number of star tokens placed on board
