When is Wind Gambit coming?

Airships are awesome for everyone, and they make Togawa and Albion a lot less handicapped.

Resolutions make for more interesting end-game conditions.

When can we expect that DLC, and how would that get introduced without fracturing the player base?

I imagine playtesting that is absolutely ridiculous. You have so many different abilities and mechanisms to introduce. In addition to all the civilian and military airship abilities (and resolutions), you have just the basics of picking up and dropping off resources/workers at the start, middle, and/or end of the Move action without a bug accidentally ending the action or counting pickup/dropoff as an extra move when it shouldn't.
