It's actually in a section that's supposedly confirmed, because they saw an incomplete picture of what happened.
Augustine lies at his arrest and when he takes his seat. You need to find Vergil's first lie about Patrolling the East Balcony to find out he was eavesdropping on Augustine. Vergil's arrest automatically proves Augustine lies at his arrest.
As for Gideon, he lies about being at the West at the start (he was actually in the East as pointed out by Vergil) and about being unconscious the whole time. You use Augustine's revised arrest statement to prove that only Gideon could have been the one standing on the West Balcony at the time of Augustine's arrest.
And finally, for Vergil, he lies about his position when patrolling the East Balcony (which can be pointed out by Gideon's revised East Balcony testimony) and when Watching from the South Balcony (I believe you present the the cybernetic implants to uncover this last lie.
Show Gideon the arm or cybernetic fragments evidence and he should give you that. Forget which one.
