Dutch dialogue and background conversations

I just realized that a lot of the background noises and chatter from NPCs you are not currently engaging with is in Dutch. Is that the same in every version of the game? I'm Dutch and it kinda broke my immersion to hear them speaking in Dutch. :#

I was JUST in the city and I kept feeling confused; I removed my headset a couple times because I thought there were people talking outside my house. I then stopped and listened to the in-game sound for a while and realized It's an ambient recording of a dutch marketplace.

I just came here to confirm my suspicion. I'm happy to learn I didn't go crazy. Would like to know as well if it's indeed related to the country your playing in or if it's Dutch for everyone.

It's in Dutch for everyone; They are running a simple background track on loop for the marketplace. It just so happens to be recorded in The Netherlands.
