As the title says, it comes up with the "Made by Unity" then crashes out back to desktop?

I have an older Logitech Rumblepad 2 controller which works with pretty much every game I have. Well most that I tried anyway. This game incorrectly registers the right stick axis (up-down means left-right) and the buttons are completely jumbled. Is there anyway to re-map the controllers keys/axis as it's unplayable this way.....
